As we bring our fall sports season to a close, we want to recognize all our student-athletes who put in hard work, dedication, and passion. Whether in victory or learning moments, each team represented the Rockets with pride. Here’s a look at their accomplishments:
🏈 Football — Our team showed resilience and pushed through a season filled with valuable lessons and growth opportunities.. Every game was a chance to learn and improve. Proud of the hard work, Rockets!
⛳ Girls Golf — Huge congratulations to Kolbie McEwen for qualifying for the Girls Golf Tournament in October! Way to represent!
💃 Dance — Thank you to our Dance team for their spirit, energy, and countless hours of practice. You kept our Rocket pride alive all season long!
🏐 Volleyball — The girls fought hard all the way to 4A Substate, coming in at 6 seed (of 18 teams), claiming a win in Match 2 against Circle before a hard-fought loss to Clearwater in the Substate Finals. Fantastic season, ladies!
📣 Cheer — Congratulations to our Cheer team, who earned an excellent rating at Battle of the Squads at Heights High School! Just shy of a superior rating, but certainly high in Rocket spirit!
🏃 Cross Country — In an unforgettable State race through pouring rain, our three State qualifiers ran amazing races! Special shoutout to Kimberlin, a 3-time State medalist and 4-time qualifier! Samuel and Mya, we’re proud of you as 1-time State qualifiers—an amazing achievement!
⚽ Boys Soccer — What a season! The Rockets went 18-2, were undefeated league champions, claimed the Regionals title for the second year in a row, won the Goddard Varsity Tournament, and ended a team's 8-year state championship streak! Congratulations to our boys on finishing their year as State Runners-up— this is an incredible accomplishment! 💪
Thank you to our athletes, coaches, and families for a fantastic fall season!
