Rose Hill Community,
We're reaching out to ask for your support for our school nurses. Parents and community members often ask how they can help and this is one area that often gets overlooked as needing donations. The schools nurses could use some essential items to help our students in need. Your generous donations can make a big difference in their lives.
Items needed include:
✅ Travel-size toiletries (deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap)
✅ Hair brushes and combs
✅ Undergarments of all sizes (especially size 5)
✅ Sweats and leggings for boys and girls
✅ Feminine hygiene products
✅ Socks and gloves
✅ Reusable tote bags (to carry hygiene products discreetly, etc)
Your contributions will directly impact the well-being of our students. You can drop off donations at any of the schools or at the District Office during business hours.
Thank you in advance for your generosity! 🫶

Our district is celebrating 'Farm to School Month in the Midwest'! We are teaming up (*ahem*) competing with other districts in CO, MT, MO, KS, NE, ND, SD, and WY to see which state can crunch the most local produce per capita. Check out what our Food Service Dept has prepared so far this week!
The kids have enjoyed fresh charcuterie bowls and apple slice nachos! YUM!!

Did you know carrots can be re-planted to obtain more carrot seeds? Cut off the leaves and replant them until new leaves sprout, sending up a flower stalk which will eventually flower and produce seeds! This week the fruit and veggie bars at the Middle and High Schools are rockin!' The food Service Dept even added some charcuterie bowls!
Celebrate Farm to School Month in the Midwest! Our district is participating in a Crunch-Off competition along with schools all over the Midwest (CO, MT, MO, KS, NE, ND, SD, and WY). Join us to support healthy eating and local agriculture! #FarmToSchool #FuelingKSKids
