PAT Director
Welcome to the Rose Hill Schools Parents as Teachers Program!
We’d like to invite you to learn more about our program. We serve families with children, prenatal-until kindergarten begins.
Our program is available for ALL families whether you reside in Rose Hill Schools or Not. We would LOVE to have you join us in any or all aspects of our program that may be of interest to you!
There are four components of our program:
The heart of our program is offering HOME VISITS. Many of our families receive a monthly home visit, which are offered morning, afternoon and/or evenings. If this is something that you’d like to receive more information about, we’d be happy to visit with you over the phone or in person to share with you what all of our Home Visits entail.
GROUP CONNECTIONS are parent-child centered activities that are offered throughout the month. We encourage families to attend as many that will fit into their schedules. These activities vary from Musikgarten classes, fun field trips, to evening family events like our annual Touch-the-Truck event, and more.
SCREENINGS – these are provided during a regular scheduled home visit or at the PAT facility upon your request.
RESOURCE NETWORK – Our Parent Educators aim to know MANY resources that are available to you and your family whether it is in Rose Hill or offered by Butler County.
If you would like a tour of our facility or to visit with a certified Parent Educator at any time, please do not hesitate to call our Program Coordinator, Leslie Sissel at: 316-737-0736 or email her HERE.
